Hola. Or I guess I should say "well helloooooooooooo daaaaaaaaalings". I swear I will have an English accent by the end of this trip and Y'ALL will just have to deal with it. So today I was awoken by some very rude garbage men that insisted on dumping out the whole block's dumpsters right in front of my window. By the time I finally decided that OK, I'll get up, the whole ruckus stopped. I mean, I was up already and they left! But you know what, thanks garbage men. I got a great start to a beautiful day. After watering Zandra's endless supply of plants and flowers, Jess and I hopped on the Jubilee line to Oxford Circus. I was quite impressed with this thaaang called the tube... very clean, no hobo's asking you for money, and it is c-h-e-a-p. The first thing we did was go to Liberty, the famous department store known for their amazing prints. That's the inside of the store below.

We then headed over to a store called "Vintage Magazine Shop". I love how simple the Brits make everything. There were hundreds of perfectly preserved magazines from the 1950's and beyond. I purchased a Vogue from May 1962 that focused on furs. I also bought two Playboy's, one with Barbi Benton on the cover, and another dedicated to Texas women. Both were from the '70's. I especially love looking at the ad's in all of the magazines - but of course I'm very excited to preserve them for many generations. For dinner we went to a place called Café Rogue in Hays Galleria, which was French and very delicious. After grabbing beers from a pub down the street from our flat we sipped on them watching the London tower bridge which looks a lil something like the first picture at night. Well that's all for now, talk to you lovelies in the morning! xoxoxox
